Hotel Babylon International - Raipur (Chhattisgarh)

I had a satisfactory experience at Babylon International. The room I stayed in was spacious and well furnished. The dinner at their bar was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was polite and courteous.

Very bad experience..... I had stayed in good properties but this was shock to me .... the card which they give me if we loss then we need to pay

A nice base for exploring Raipur. Drive in restaurant, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. We enjoyed babylon international.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Magneto Mall, allowing for easy access to both transportation and shopping options. the rooms are spacious with cooperative staff, making for a comfortable stay.

The hotel's lack of attention to basic maintenance such as hot water in the showers and functional taps and curtains detracts from the overall experience.

The decorations were great, especially the Christmas tree in the lobby. The room and bathroom were spacious and well-maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub in the wellness area, which was a great bonus after a long day of traveling. Also, the location was very convenient for accessing local restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was not as great as we were expecting, with limited options and cold food. Additionally, the noise level in the hallway after midnight was high, which made it hard to sleep. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very responsive to requests during peak periods, leading to less than satisfactory service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its prime location very near to the airport. The best aspect was the quick response of the housekeeping staff to settle the hot water problem after I called them. The breakfast served was delicious, and the dining staff provided an really good service. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the room service staff was exemplary.

Maintenance was also inadequate with low-quality furniture and broken appliances. The room lacked basic amenities which demeaned our experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The central location near the airport made it extremely convenient for me.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory, nothing could be improved upon.
